Fulfilment centre rebranded

UK-based Innovative Output Solutions (IOS) has undergone a rebrand under the name of wider parent company DST, a global communications delivery firm.

DST Jarrow, based in South Tyneside, offers storage, fulfilment and response handling, which includes distributing red noses to businesses and schools across the UK for Comic Relief.

With a workforce of more than 150, the factory represents one of the business’s largest sites spanning 100,000 square feet and will benefit from use of the industry’s latest technology.

DST and its five operational facilities, which as well as Jarrow, include Bristol, Dagenham, Nottingham and Peterborough; will focus on delivering complex data driven communication.

This involves the production of transactional, financial and other regulatory output, direct mail, print-on-demand, fulfilment and postal optimisation.

Nick Dixon, CEO of the DST’s UK communications division, which incorporates Lateral Group and DST, said: “These are exciting times for the team in Jarrow and the business as a whole.
